Appeal a moderation decision

If one of your posts in the 2am Club was hidden, you can ask a moderator to take a second look. We aim to respond within 10 working days. Posts hidden for safeguarding reasons (crisis content) are usually replaced with support resources rather than removed punitively.

See our Privacy Notice for how appeal data is handled. Appeals are visible only to you and the Bloom moderation team. For the full complaints and illegal-content reporting procedure, see our Complaints & reporting page.
